About Me
I was born and raised in Ward 9 and have remained a lifelong Brandon resident. After 58 years in Brandon, my connection to this community is as strong today as it was when I grew up here.
My experience includes business and budget management, customer service, staff supervision, small-business ownership, residential property management and more than 20 years of involvement in youth hockey.
I’m running for City Council because Ward 9 is where I grew up and where my connection to Brandon began. I believe that when you raise a concern with your City Councillor, you deserve a response. I also believe City Council should stay focused on the services that keep our neighbourhoods clean, safe, dependable and affordable.
I know Ward 9 because it raised me. I am asking for the opportunity to work for it.
My Experience and Community Involvement
Customer Sales and Service
I managed customer sales and service across 35 communities and approximately 25,000 customers.
Leadership and Management
I supervised staff and worked with senior management, departments and board members.
Small Business Owner and Residential Property Manager
18 years
I owned small businesses and managed residential rental properties for 18 years, giving me practical experience in business operations, budgeting and property management.
Youth Hockey
20+ years
I have spent more than 20 years involved in youth hockey as a coach, manager and organizer.
Community Volunteer
I have volunteered in community cleanups and advocated for graffiti removal.
Brandon University Graduate
I am a Brandon University graduate with lifelong roots in Brandon and Ward 9, along with familiarity with municipal and planning matters.

I believe that when you raise a concern with me as your City Councillor, you deserve a response and follow-through.

I will focus on the municipal services that help keep Ward 9 and Brandon clean and well maintained.

I will apply my practical business and budgeting experience with a focus on responsible management and keeping municipal services affordable.
